Once your ready wrap your index finger and thumb around the base of your penis. From there squeeze and massage towards the head of your penis. You will want to keep one solid flow of upward movement through the exercise so you will need to alternate hands while doing the exercise.

Repeat this for about 100 strokes. Complete the exercise about twice daily/ 4 times a week.

Step 3. Give the exercise some time. Your not going to get bigger over night. If you can stay committed and put some effort forth you will start seeing positive results in about 3 weeks.

Routine
Routine is very important when enlarging your penis. You want to find a solid routine that has you doing the penis enlargement exercises at least 3-4 times a week.
